Play Disc Golf

Enjoy an eighteen hole round of disc golf that meanders throughout the park.  The par fifty-seven course features holes with elevation, tight and open fairways, and Mach V baskets.

Feeney Disc Golf Course Rules

To ensure the proper use of the Feeney Park Disc Golf Course it is important that all players abide by the rules listed below.

  • Always be considerate of other park visitors and give priority to school functions and organized sports
  • Vallecito Union School District property includes holes 1 through 7 with the following additional rules:
    – No Alcohol or Tobacco
    – No Profanity
  • Larger or slower moving groups should offer to allow smaller and faster moving groups to play through
  • Yell “fore” to alert other players of an errant throw heading in their direction
  • Skip holes in which other park users are at risk of being hit by a disc – DON’T HIT PEOPLE!
  • Out-of-Bounds
    – Holes 1, 2, & 17 play the paved road as a fairway option, but parking zones marked by blue stripes are out-of-bounds
    – The remainder of the course is played with any and all pavement as out-of-bounds
    – All terrain beyond fences along the border of the course is out-of-bounds
  • Dogs are welcome but must be on leash at all times
  • Please respect the trees and vegetation
  • Help keep our park clean and beautiful by disposing of any trash or recyclables in the provided containers
  • Please return all unclaimed discs found on the course to the Sierra Nevada Adventure Company in Downtown Murphys

Fields

Two large expanses of level grass fields await park visitors on a first come first serve basis when not otherwise reserved

Description of Fields

  • The upper field has two baseball fields at opposite corners and a pitchers warm-up area
  • The lower field contains a larger baseball field and batting cage
  • The generous open spaces are ideal for a variety of field sports such as soccer, flag football, ultimate frisbee
  • Fields are frequently reserved by leagues

When in Doubt, Skate it Out

Skate Park

Six thousand square feet of ramps, quarter pipes, manual pad, and concrete fun. The skate park is located at the back parking lot next to the lower fields.

There are several picnic tables and trash/recycling cans throughout the park.  Come and enjoy our lovely park!
